·            Project Manager/Construction Manager assigned to T-Mobile and managing new site builds in Chicago and the surrounding cities, as well as representing the construction team during A/E meetings and site walks, and responsible for ordering towers and shelters to support RFDS design for new site builds in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.

·            Responsible for managing four different Authorized Service Providers (ASP’s) and over 17% of the sites scheduled for build in Q4; these included raw-land, rooftop, water tank, and co-locates, using Nortel S6000’s, Nortel S18000’s, and Nokia Flexi (FCOA), and ensuring site readiness for alternative access vendors (AAV) to install fiber.

·            Helped Market achieve 105% of its Q4 goal, launching 42 new sites.

·            Personally managed construction of all (6) Distributed Antenna System (DAS) sites during Q3, and both DAS sites in Q4.

·            During Q3, served as Tiger Team Lead responsible for effecting positive resolution within twenty-four hours of notification of integration and optimization issues/alarms, and reporting corrective measures and root cause analysis to market stakeholders.

w        Wrote standard operating procedures for the field staff, including sections on preventative maintenance, escalation, testing, and reporting procedures. Managed proficiency charting and performance reviews.

w        Assisted with annual budget preparation by defining costs for tools, test equipment, training, expansion, head count, and new sites. Ordered and managed inventory of test equipment and tools worth $1M+.

w        Met daily with Construction division to organize new site builds and site clean ups and with RF to lead optimization efforts; provided field input to maximize RFDS design. Led weekly meetings with field staff to schedule projects and promote communication.

w        Ensured that all new sites were tested, configured properly, and turned up on time and complete, and closed out necessary documentation via InSite/Remedy as required.

w        Served in the Project Command Center “War Room” and performed as resident SME for Nortel S2000, S4000, S8000, and SMART sites.
